Dear Carol,
At the moment we do have availability for May 2015.
We do not offer pickup from the Downtown Plaza Hotel, the closest pickup we can offer will be The Golden Nugget hotel.

Dear Sachi,
The bus does not offer a wheelchair ramp so will need to bring a foldable wheelchair as it will be stored underneath the bus in the luggage compartment, you will need to able to get on and off the bus on your own or with little assistance.

Hi,
I understand that we don't really do any sightseeing on the first day of the tour since people arrive at different times of the day.
Would the hotel on Day1-Los Angeles be located in downtown ?
Since our flight arrives in the afternoon, we would like to take a look around the town by ourselves since the tour does not list any plans for the first day.
Something like a free shuttle service (by the hotel) which can take us to nearby attractions would be convenient.
Can you please provide with more information or give us a link where we can look for ourselves ?
Thanks,
KP
Dear customer,
We will only know the first nights hotel once the reservation is confirmed, usually the hotels will be: Holiday Inn La Mirada, Best Western Rowland Heights, Comfort Suites Rosemead or similar.
When you arrive we will offer the pick up and transfer you to the hotel, from there you will have free time.
For more information on the hotel and what it offers we will need to wait until the reservation itself is confirmed.
Best Regards,
Andy

Dear Alka Adukia,
Thanks for your inquiry.
We recommend one standard size (check-in) luggage and one carry-on bag for each customer due to the load limitations of the tour coaches

Hi we are two families travelling together total 5 adults and three children and we want to have a seven day tour of LA. arriving on 12th June and departure on 19th, is it possible to have a tour which we can decide ourselves.
We want to visit major attraction in LA, also a tour to Las Vegas, Grand canyon and San Diego sea world.
1. How much time will be given at the Hoover Dam.
2. Do we get to visit the Hoover Dam in both cases, whether we select Grand Canyon South Rim or West rim.
3. On last day of tour, is the shuttle service to San Francisco International Airport free or at an additional cost?
Dear Milind Itagikar,
If you choose Grand Canyon South Rim, we will not visit Hoover Dam, due to the time limitation. If you choose Grand Canyon West Rim, we may stop at the Hoover Dam for about 15-20min, depending on the guide's arrangement.
The airport drop off service is included in the package. For more details regarding the package includes and excludes, please check the pricing section:

Dear Joyce,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Regretfully, we do not have a tour map for this tour. Usually, the guide will arrange 2-3 stops along the rims. Customers may have 1-1.5 hours to explore the Grand Canyon. You will also have an opportunity to take a short nature walk at your leisure.
Best Regards,
Blaire
